ITSM Analyst - Top FS Organization


Lawrence Harvey is currently partnered with a well-known financial services leader, they've been consistently growing for the last few years and they're looking to add an ITSM Analyst to their team.


You will have the opportunity to managing critical incidents while ensuring swift resolution, clear communication, and effective problem management across technology teams. You will lead root cause analysis and proactive measures to prevent future incidents while improving overall service operations. The focus is on maintaining service stability and continuously enhancing service delivery to avoid major disruptions.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Experience with ServiceNow creating dashboards and Reports
  • Working across multiple IT teams (Software/ Infrastructure, Network/ Server Admin, Database Admin, Etc.)
  • Manage incidents from identification to restoration and closure.
  • Push root cause analysis and produce the RCA documentation within SLA

Strong communication of incidents to business systems users, tech teams and Sr leadership


This is a full time, permanent, direct hire. We can only consider US Citizens and Green Card holders at this time.
