We are seeking an IT Support and Systems Administrator to maintain and monitor end-user workstations, provide end-user support, and manage infrastructure and system admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-user support and IT operations
Perform maintenance, software installation, and user training
Support all company applications and provide VIP assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve computer issues
Complete application project-based work
Develop SOPs to support IT operations
Mentor IT team and drive service excellence
Administer workstations and support activities on a LAN
Expert in both Mac/Apple and Windows support
Investigate and resolve user problems
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, networks, and related equipment
Maintain network security and manage firewalls, VPNs, and user permissions
Conduct user training and maintain confidentiality of processed data
Requirements:
Degree in a related field and 4-8 years of networking/end-user support/system admin experience
4-8 years of help desk experience
Experience with Jamf, Intune, Okta, OS365, and Meraki is desired
Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel
Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers and networks
Knowledge of computer/network security systems and procedures
Compensation commensurate with experience.
