We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our company's IT operations and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, service delivery, and support teams.
How you can make an impact:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services
Develop and implement IT procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
Ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Responsible for inventory and vendor management to including sourcing reliable equipment and establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in IT service delivery
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Most important is to have a strong customer service mentality.
