ERP/IT Manager

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality furnishings, committed to providing exceptional products and services to their customers. As they strive for continuous improvement and innovation, they are seeking a talented ERP/IT Manager to lead and complete an upgrade from E9 to Kinetic for their organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of the ERP system to support their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. ERP Upgrade Leadership:

• Lead and manage the upgrade project from Epicor E9 to Kinetic, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

1. System Configuration and Customization:

• Oversee the configuration and customization of the Kinetic ERP system to meet the specific needs of the furniture and home furnishings industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to design and implement tailored solutions and enhancements.

1. Data Migration and Integration:

• Manage data migration activities to ensure the accurate and seamless transfer of data from E9 to Kinetic.
• Integrate the Kinetic ERP system with other business systems and applications as needed to optimize functionality and efficiency.

1. User Training and Support:

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proficiency and maximize utilization of the Kinetic ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to address system-related issues and enhance user experience.

1. System Optimization and Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the Kinetic ERP system, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Implement best practices and procedures for system maintenance, security, and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP project management and implementation, preferably with Epicor E9 and Kinetic.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes, particularly in the furniture and home furnishings industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering results.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Epicor ERP or relevant systems is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
