Essential Functions:
Manage a team of IT Support Analysts/System Administrator’s to ensure seamless IT operations. This includes handling end-user support through ticketing systems, maintaining physical/virtual servers, managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, and other specialized technologies
Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues escalated by Tier 1/Engineering team members
Develop and conduct workshops and training programs for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively and professionally through various channels including in-person conversation, etc.
Utilize strong management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
Facilitate communication between OpCo leaders and IT, ensuring timely updates and serving as a bridge between technical teams and end-users
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Intune, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams)
Travel between company sites to support end-users and implement IT initiatives
Provide support to users both on-site and via remote connections
Order and maintain necessary supplies for production
Competencies, Education, and Skills:
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
At least three years of experience with Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems
At least three years of experience with Azure
Experience managing ticketing systems
Experience managing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Commitment to continuous improvement and skill development
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
Physical Demands:
Bending and lifting up to 40 pounds
The ability to repetitively move on and off equipment
Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Travel as needed between FreshEdge companies
