Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT operations and ensure the efficient and effective use of technology resources. As an IT Manager at Encore Technologies, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, implementing IT strategies, and driving technological advancements to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, security, helpdesk support, and technology procurement.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure to meet business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and provide efficient and effective IT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in IT, making recommendations for technology investments and improvements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services and support.
• Lead IT projects, including planning, coordination, resource allocation, and timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Provide leadership in IT risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity to protect company data and infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably in a technology solutions provider or IT services organization.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and security.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience in leading IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to align technology strategies with business goals and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize IT expenditures.
