Description of Position: As an IT Manager, you will lead our IT department and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities of the position include analyzing the business needs, gathers requirements, designs, and develops technical solutions, provide detailed implementation plans and documentation.
Other duties may include:
Implement solutions, provide training and handoff to support teams.
Planning and implementation, integration and managing IT-infrastructure.
Designing IT solutions and technical support for the organization.
Vendor management
SLA management of clients, hardware, links, etc.
Provide Technical support in network design and IT documentation.
All back-office software support.
Supporting the complete IT infrastructure for the organization.
Work towards to better understand the business needs and goals.
Run and maintain a multi-user computer system including LAN, Wide Area Network, and application server.
Managing team and client.
Essential travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the US.
Qualifications needed to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Electronics/Communications) or related field + 12 months experience.
Must have 12 months experience with programming languages: MySQL, Node, shell scripting; Big Data Languages, and concepts: ECL, HPCC, IT infrastructure: Azure Active Directory, Nginx, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kafka, DNS Iptables, Security: Burp suite, Nmap and Zap. Operating Systems: CentOS, Ubantu, Kali Linux; Operations: SOC 2 type 2, PCI DSS, Snipe-IT; File Transfer: SFTP, FTP; Network: Cisco ASA, Netgear, Unifi; Fintech: SAR, BAI2, ACH and 314a and 314b.
