Information Technology Manager

While this position is located in Dallas Texas we also operate under the “work from home” concept. This allows us to have a fluid, non-traditional and relaxed culture while still having avenues in place to collaborate as a team.

The IT Manager will assume a pivotal role in overseeing technical support operations and internal reporting functions within the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts to maintain SOC II Type 2 compliance with other departments
• Develop reports to optimize internal business processes
• Manage the IT aspect of onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with Human Resources
• Take ownership of asset management efforts and maintain an accurate inventory list
• Administer the Microsoft 365 Tenant, encompassing SharePoint, InTune, Exchange, Security, and Office application licensing
• Analyze internal software and hardware needs, identifying and implementing upgrades
• Oversee and facilitate the installation and maintenance of internal IT systems, hardware, and software
• Supervise IT team members
• Ensure IT-related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time, and within budget
• Perform other special projects within the organization as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
• 5-7 years in IT management or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration, PowerBI, VPNs, and Active Directory
• Experience maintaining SOC II Type 2 compliance
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PMP a plus
• Strong report development skills
• HR collaboration for onboarding/offboarding
• Asset management expertise
• Analyzing and implementing software/hardware upgrades
• Successful project management track record
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven organizational and attention to detail capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly learn software and applications
