Job Title: Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure

Location: Fort Worth

Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee key projects within the Information Services (IS) department, working with business users to develop and manage projects through their lifecycle under the direction of the PMO Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assess project needs and requirements with stakeholders.
• Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and minimize project risks.
• Ensure projects meet objectives, stay within budget, and are completed on time.
• Maintain complete and current project documentation.
• Prepare detailed project plans using appropriate methods.
• Lead project teams, ensuring understanding of requirements and scope.
• Track projects using provided software and update management on status.
• Recommend third-party software to improve performance.
• Resolve issues using all available resources.
• Develop and manage project team staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years of Programmer/Analyst experience.
• 1-2 years managing projects.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with PMI methodology.
• Experience in full lifecycle software development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
