To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Eight (8) years of professional experience in a technology/product environment
• Five+ (5+) years of product or service delivery/scrum master experience
• Four (4) years’ experience working with delivery teams that use Waterfall, Agile, Kanban Change Management Approach, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches
• Five (5) years being a (soft skill) team player or leader when working with teams
• Five (5) years (soft skill) communicating with PMO, leadership, and cross functional teams
• Five (5) years or more (soft skill) building and managing relationships with teams, PMO, and leading efforts with delivery teams
