Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Business Analyst working closely with one of our media and entertainment clients with emphasis on cloud operation (CloudOps) and cloud cost management (FinOps). The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, and providing insights to improve information technology systems. The role will be primarily located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Requirements
Knowledge of Business Process and Information Technology
Experience creating and documenting business process flows and use cases
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in project management and agile methodologies (Agile and Scrum certification preferred)
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in media & entertainment industries preferred
Technical skills preferred
