Key Responsibilities

• Bring a Roster of Clients: Bring your existing client list and continue to grow it.
• Identify New Talent: Always be on the lookout for new influencers to manage.
• Pitch to Brands: Pitch our clients for brand partnerships and internal campaigns, exploring new revenue opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with brands and agencies.
• Team Player: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns.
• Drive Revenue: Focus on revenue growth for both the agency and our talent.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 2+ years managing influencers, with a strong understanding of the creator economy.

• Startup Mentality: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Passion for Influencers and Tech: Genuine enthusiasm for social media and tech.

• Strategic and Scrappy: Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves.

• Team Player and Self-Starter: Work well with others and take initiative.

• Sales Skills: Strong in negotiation, relationship management, and customer service.
