The Role:

You'll be working directly with our Influencer Management team, helping to build and nurture relationships with social influencers and brands, primarily in the health & wellness, fitness, and foodie world. This job is perfect for you, if you are a person who is extremely organized, has great time management skills, thrives in a fast paced environment, can think on your toes, and works to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, it is important that you are friendly and don't get stressed or overwhelmed easily! We welcome you bringing good ideas to add to the team, but you can also work independently and make well-thought-out and quick decisions. What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and own strong relationships with influencers, brands, and the entire Neon Rose team
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Maintain social calendars for Neon Rose clients to ensure content is published on time
  • Assist our clients on branding and content creation ideas as needed
  • Support Talent Manager in overall project management and prioritization
  • Project management for all day-to-day influencer account management responsibilities, including but not limited to contracts, content curation, scheduling, and daily communications
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends to get the job done as needed
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people!


Must Haves:

  • The ideal candidate is extremely organized and resourceful, with a knack for project management and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, startup environment, and adjust to new priorities as required
  • Ability to think on your feet and take initiative to improve or create effective processes
  • Deep knowledge and love for social media influencers and bloggers in the health and wellness space
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize assigned tasks and execute them while maintaining deadlines
  • A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • Experience in social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Suite & Google Drive
  • A smile. We like those around here : )
  • A genuine interest in the health & wellness space is definitely a plus!


Would be a Bonus if you Have:

  • Strong interest in the health & wellness space
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferably with celebrities and/or influencers)
  • Agency experience is a plus
