What you'll do:
Responsible for the management of clients and the overall success of their book of business
Lead and execute pitch strategy
Identify opportunities in real-time for clients based on relevant social moments
Ensure the team stays on top of client goals and KPIs monthly, quarterly, and yearly
Manage direct reports
Act as a liaison between clients and brands maintaining professionalism and timely communication
