WHAT YOU’LL DO- As the Influencer Marketing Manager you will execute our influencer marketing strategies including our in-house creators platform, to align with our brand vision, objectives and monthly marketing campaigns.
Your role involves fostering relationships with our community of creators, influencers and driving campaigns that will enhance brand affinity and cultural relevance. You should also be seen as a critical resource and counsel company-wide in best practices for engaging with influencers
Responsibilities
You will partner closely with the Director of Brand and Social Media along with the marketing team to develop a consistent approach to deploying influencer content on owned channels.
Drive negotiations and oversee the execution of contracts with influencers and creators for both organic and paid.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, PR, Creative, and Paid Media, as well as a wide range of external influencers and agencies
Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, both new and existing, for organic gifting and paid partnerships
Assist in end-to-end execution of all press/influencer events and activations with support from the social, creative and production teams.
Your role involves fostering relationships with our community of influencers,talent agents, creators and driving campaigns that will enhance brand affinity and cultural relevance
This role will report to the Director of Brand and Social Media
Drive the finalization of Q2 deals with talent partners to sustain campaign momentum and achieve brand objectives
Proactively identify and cultivate new influencer partnerships and initiatives that align with broader marketing strategies and goals
Oversee influencer gifting and seeding strategies, including logistics in partnership with Social Media Coordinator and
Generate innovative ideas and pitches to engage our community, driving increased Earned Media Value (EMV) and fostering brand loyalty, includes brand events and activations
Support the Director of Social and Brand in developing the ongoing influencer strategy for Q3 and beyond finding new ways to scale the influencer program
Research, vet, contract, and brief influencer partners for campaigns and brand activation initiatives
Cultivate and expand the Adore Me Community
Partner with team to establish and nurture our creators UGC platform
Monthly Campaign reporting
Working in tandem with other key stakeholders around the business, you help create the framework around the company’s overall approach to people-led storytelling through developing networks of influential relationships externally and leveraging social network as main channel of story-telling
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years experience in working in influencer marketing, communications and analytics to implement innovative influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across various social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
Ability to manage and maintain monthly budget
Strong relationship management skills, expert at negotiations and deal-making
Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and organization
Existing relationships with influencers and talent agents
Proficient in contract management
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
Experience leading initiatives from concept to execution
Strong analytical capabilities across campaign tracking/KPI reporting
Strategic & critical thinking – you get the smaller and the bigger picture
Manage inbound and outbound influencer communication/requests, product delivery organization and influencer payment
Create campaign analyses looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables
Develop a robust and well-organized database of talent with continual outreach for mega/micro/mid-tier posting partners
