Industrial Engineer I

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for Industrial/Process Engineer I (Entry-Level) near Indianapolis, IN 46268!

Responsibilities

• Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving and is responsible for providing analysis and project management support.
• Measuring, reporting and interpreting performance of operations.
• Worker helps Identify improvement opportunities, supporting the growth and development of the business.
• Identify, quantify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements.
• Establish and maintain engineered labor standards across the business based on best practices.
• Establish and maintain a performance incentive program based on engineered labor standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Distribution Center or manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, and process improvement.

Master's Degree Overqualified

• Pay rate: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience
