Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Experience Design, we are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Designer who will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative grooming products that meet the needs of MANSCAPED® customers. This individual will play a role in the design process from concept to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and market success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and developing design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics and appearance of MANSCAPED® products
• Identify and execute on areas of improvement in design lifecycle to ensure design objectives are reflected in final results
• Design and develop new grooming products
• Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with product requirements and brand objectives
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines
• Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings and presentations, advocating for design excellence and user-centric solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in consumer goods or product design
• Proven track record of designing successful consumer products, with a focus on ergonomic design and user experience
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and concepts, with an emphasis on product innovation and creativity
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino
• Strong sketching and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively
• Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and technologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, particularly in plastic injection molding
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
  
  

Compensation Range

$115,000—$125,000 USD
