Position Overview

Join our team!  You will help drive intelligent, insightful, and predictive business results to help Vee and Vee’s clients drive value in the realms of people, purpose, and performance.

General Responsibilities

Vee is looking for an industrial-organizational psychology intern who will assist in our implementation of purpose-driven work and help align key stakeholders on pivotal business issues. Ideally you are someone who is inquisitive, skeptical, insightful, achievement orientated, self-driven, investigative, curious, and have great communication skills.

As part of this internship, you will work with the People Science team at Vee to, among many things, develop and validate assessments, conduct internal and external research projects.

  • Organizational Development
  • Selection and Person-Organization Fit
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment


Skills and Experience

-At least a Master's degree concentrated in I/O psychology, Mid- to Late-doctorate degree preferred

-Experience in I/O psychology research, including generating research ideas, creating methodologies, and data analysis

-Strong writing and communication skills

-R knowledge preferred

-Working knowledge of psychometrics (e.g. knowledge of what validity/reliability are and how to test them)

-An investigative mindset, always asking questions and ready to take on new projects

 You:

  • Are smart and fun with an empathetic nature, which will add to our culture
