• Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Expert Advice: Provide knowledgeable advice on destinations, travel options, and packages based on clients' preferences and budgets.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and preferences.
• Industry Updates: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide relevant information to clients.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
