The Role

They are now stepping up growth and are looking for Inbound Account Executives who will help match with qualified nurses and doctors seeking to start their own medspa. Their track record is impressive, and the model is multi-faceted, making the sales process complex. The role involves understanding the unique needs of potential partners, showcasing the benefits of the company's model, and closing deals to integrate them into the partnership model.
You will play a key role in establishing the company as the leading partner for successful medspas. The goal will be to meet or exceed monthly close targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Our objectives for the role
Manage the sales cycle effectively, from the initial pitch to deal closure, using HubSpot to track and document interactions and progress
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential partners’ goals, challenges, and requirements, tailoring your approach to present the company’s solutions as the ideal fit
Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings, including operational support, product, marketing, and regulatory compliance, to communicate value propositions effectively
Build strong relationships with potential partners by providing exceptional customer service and showing a genuine interest in their success. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and represent the mission and partnership model, even if a deal doesn’t close
Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
What We’re Looking For
Sales Track Record: Proven success in consultative selling for 3 years+, ideally in aesthetics or SMB SaaS
Genuine Curiosity: Ask insightful questions and enjoy solving problems
Strong Seller: Build strong relationships, overcome objections, and persuade providers to choose this company
Get Things Done: Self-motivated and results-oriented, but willing to seek help when needed. Thrive in high-trust, low-ego environments
