In-Vitro Scientist

Essential functions include working in one or more of the following technical areas with appropriate supervision:

• Conduct routine cell culture procedures, including cell line maintenance, expansion, and cryopreservation.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale cell preparation for high throughput screening.
• Perform DMPK/ADME assays including Caco-2 permeability, PAMPA, protein binding, drug transporter assays, etc.
• With appropriate supervision, analyze data, record data, prepare summary documents, and report data as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline with over 4 years of experience or an M.S. with over 2 years (industry experience preferred).
• Strong preference given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to work using aseptic cell culture techniques.
• Independently manage tasks and assignments as directed by immediate supervisor.
• High-throughput screening and LC/MS/MS experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication skills.
