What will your day look like?

Legal Advisory:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Ensure all contracts are legally sound and aligned with company policies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to manage legal risks.

Corporate Governance:

• Support the board of directors and senior management in corporate governance matters.
• Prepare and review corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, and bylaws.

Dispute Resolution:

• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation involving the company.
• Work with external counsel to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in a large law firm or in-house role within a fast-growing company.
• Proven experience in handling complex transactions and corporate governance matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar is required.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
