Day in the Life as a Sales Representative:
- Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
- Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm (no cold calling required).
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our industry-leading residential roofing solutions.
- Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage through ladder or attic inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
- Weekly pay based on your performance, with an average commission of $2,000 per sale, and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Full benefits package and 401k after 90 days.
