Import Operations Coordinator (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)

· Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing

· Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight

· Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery

· Input, distribute A/P invoices and ensure timely A/R collection

Requirements

· Associate's Degree (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

· 1 year in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred, not required)

· 1 year of experience in handling customer service (preferred, not required)

· Speaks Korean

Work Conditions

· Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

· Full time On-Site Employment

· Location: Secaucus, NJ

· Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
