Implementation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Hope Squad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Hope Squad Implementation Specialist. This full-time, remote position will play a crucial role in supporting our Training department through onboarding new clients through the implementation process of bringing on a Hope Squad. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication and relatability skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Coordination
  • Ensure seamless execution of the Hope Squad Implementation process and demonstrate project management skills to include:
    • Time management
    • Effective resource allocation to meet customer needs
    • Task management across multiple organizational domains
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Create systems to manage the bridge between Sales and Training
  • Create systems of communication to key stakeholders regarding both in-person and online implementation requests.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Support training cohorts with implementation touchpoints to ensue successful Squad launches.
  • Support Customer Experience Team as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Data Entry:
  • Ensure appropriate Implementation documentation resides within the Hope Squad CRM.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Director of Training and Customer Experience as it relates to all onboarding needs.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience staff as it relates to all Onboarding and Implementation needs.
  • Work across company functions to support the Mission and Vision of Hope Squad.
Requirements

  • College degree required, preferably with an educational emphasis.
  • Previous experience coordinating onboarding and program implementation programs for multiple stakeholders face-to-face and online; preferably within the education arenas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Strong attention to detail and creating systems of support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or a similar CRM system is preferred.

This is a full-time remote position, offering an opportunity to contribute to the mission of Hope Squad of saving lives and preventing suicides, by executing a comprehensive training experience and working closely with the Director of Training.
