Job Description

You will work primarily with the implementation team.

Defined benefit (DB)/pension implementation experience for administration purposes

Independent worker who can hit the ground running and ask effective questions

Experience calculating pension benefits outside of a system (manual, non-automated calculations)

Experience Writing And Using Technical Requirements Documents

Experience writing and using test plans

Experience testing new systems and/or system changes

Must Have

Extensive experience in the administration and implementation of defined benefit pension plans is crucial

Proven ability to perform complex pension benefit calculations manually, ensuring accuracy without relying on automated systems.

Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans for system implementations and modifications, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly tested.

Strong background in testing new systems and implementing system changes, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.
