Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and proactive project manager to spearhead the client-facing implementation of products.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery by effectively engaging with key stakeholders and clients.
• The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, with a preferred range of 2-5 years or more, and a hunger for leadership and taking charge.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of products, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies, and execute them efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and escalations, anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth project execution and maximize value delivery.

Top Qualifiers:

• Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, and execution, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in effectively engaging and managing stakeholders, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships.
• Client Management: Ability to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and deliver value-added solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with the fintech or banking industries, including an understanding of industry trends, regulations, and challenges.

Bonus or Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is desirable.

Software and Tools:

• Jira: Experience with project management and issue tracking in Jira is essential.
• Smart Sheets: Proficiency in using Smart Sheets for project planning and tracking.
• Planview: Familiarity with Planview for portfolio and resource management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years or more of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or banking industries.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $ 95,000- $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
