We're looking for a tech-savvy software implementation expert to manage the integration, optimization, maintenance and ongoing support of a new SaaS solution.

• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B client management or consulting, with hands-on experience in B2B software (ERP, WMS, etc.).

• Communication: Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively on deliverables and support requests.

• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for creative solutions.

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle manual tasks such as hardware installation and troubleshooting.

• Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: You'll need to be open to travel and willing to spend time at customer sites during project implementation.
