Job Description


As the founding Implementation & Customer Success Manager at OatFi, you will guide our partner platforms through the implementation process, ensuring they receive the support needed for a successful launch. You will be the primary contact for new customers during their implementation phase, working with them to plan integration, manage development, execute the launch, and address any questions that arise. 


You will continue to support customers after go-live, at which point you will own the post-sale relationship for a seamless transition to their long-term contact at OatFi. Additionally, you will contribute to refining our implementation and customer success processes, expanding our customer-facing knowledge base, and standardizing the implementation for various working capital products across multiple configurations and payment rails.


Throughout the process, you will closely collaborate with our product and engineering teams, communicating customer feedback and staying updated on relevant feature releases. You will report directly to the CEO.


Responsibilities


  • Develop a deep understanding of OatFi’s products, APIs, customers, and their products
  • Engage with prospective partner platforms to understand their desired working capital products and technical designs
  • Collaborate with customers’ product, engineering, finance, design, and operations teams to plan and manage implementations
  • Create Partner implementation plans that ensure correct technical application, define key milestones, and meet ecosystem requirements
  • Assist in the configuration, testing & QA, and deployment of new lending programs
  • Collaborate with customers’ product, engineering, finance, design, and operations teams to plan and manage implementations

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers during the implementation phase
  • Troubleshoot functional issues during implementations
  • Refine and enhance OatFi’s implementation process and tools
  • Expand our customer-facing knowledge base and internal documentation related to implementations
  • Accelerate implementation timelines and reduce time-to-value


Minimum Qualifications


  • 3 years of implementation management experience with technical products
  • Experience with API-first products and a solid understanding of implementing API-first infrastructures
  • Comfortable interfacing with tech leads from partner platforms and discussing technical aspects
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., CS, technology, engineering, math, business, or economics)


Preferred Qualifications


  • Exposure to financial services and a strong understanding of various lending and trade finance products
  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Familiarity with Jira, Hubspot, and Postman
