Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Implementation Consultant at Surfaice. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with software and project implementation. This includes consulting with clients, analyzing their needs, and effectively communicating and coordinating with internal teams. While the role is primarily located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills and Communication: Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Consulting and Software Implementation: Proven experience in consulting and implementing software solutions.
• Experience in Project Implementation: Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects, preferably in AI or technology domains.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, think creatively, and devise innovative solutions.
• Ability to Work Independently and in a Team: Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Adaptable to changing environments and capable of handling new challenges effectively.
• Experience in the Technology Industry: Previous experience or familiarity with the technology sector is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and data analysis tools.
• Client-Facing Experience: Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions in real estate, franchising or construction industries.
• Continuous Learning Attitude: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.
