Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Imaging Manager to lead and oversee the Imaging Department at our partner's facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive clinical imaging experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Imaging Department.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Maintain and manage imaging equipment and inventory.
Monitor and improve departmental performance metrics.
Ensure high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Current registry from one of the following organizations: ARRT, ARMRIT, CAMRT, ARDMS, NMTCB.
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical imaging experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of imaging leadership experience.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in the use of imaging equipment and related technology.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
