Job Title: IAM Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA or Plano, TX

Duration: 6+ months (conversion eligibility required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage and oversee IAM processes, ensuring the security and efficiency of access management across the organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with locations available in Richmond or Plano.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Must have hands-on experience with Identity IQ.
• Strong ability to monitor and manage control failures in IAM tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with director-level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in coordinating IAM processes.
• Basic proficiency in SQL for running scripts.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
• Strong understanding of risk and controls management in IAM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in financial services or a similar industry.
