Identity Management Consultant

Role Title: SailPoint Identity Now Specialist (Can only work on W2), No OPT Visas or Corp to Corp

Employment Type: Contract; Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: $50 per hour on W2 only

Preferred Location: Raleigh, NC 27615 - 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (hybrid)

Role Description:

• Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint Identity Now solutions.
• Oversee operational responsibilities, including system health checks, regular updates, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the identity lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain identity governance policies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to safeguard the integrity of identity data.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and report findings to management.
• Keep abreast of the latest identity management technologies and practices

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 3+ years' experience with SailPoint Identity Now and Identity Management
• In-depth knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles
• Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS applications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, OR equivalent work experience

Plusses:

• Background working in Microsoft products
