This role is based in one of their South Florida offices.

About the Position:

As the Residential Photography Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 8-10 photographers supporting their brands. This role demands a blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and exceptional customer service to ensure top-tier media for residential properties, including virtual tours, floor plans, and photography. You will oversee appointment deadlines and uphold quality standards, requiring keen attention to detail and effective communication with remote teams. Collaboration with clients, sales, logistics, and other photography departments is integral. This position is office-based within the respective market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 photographers to ensure consistent high-quality performance and adherence to company standards.

- Implement efficient workflows to optimize output without compromising quality.

- Conduct regular quality audits on media to maintain accuracy and brand standards, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Provide ongoing coaching on technical skills and company procedures to enhance team performance.

- Act as the primary contact for technical issues, coordinating with IT support for resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule appointments and address client needs.

- Travel within your region, with occasional travel to the Richmond, VA office.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- 3-5 years of operations management experience with 6+ employees, including remote management.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate remote teams effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.

- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Flexibility for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

- Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is advantageous.

- Valid driver’s license required.
