HYBRID Performance Strategist - Social/Paid Media

Job Title: Social Performance Strategist

Location: HYBRID- Minneapolis, St. Paul MN

Salary: $65k - $85k DOE

Requirements: Social Media Performance Planning, Media Strategy

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with Agency Leadership, Social Managers, Digital Analyst to design performance strategies across agency accounts. Plan social/digital advertising and campaigns to meet client objectives: targeting, messaging, platform priorities, selection of creative, etc.
• Offer guidance on optimizing campaigns, ensure maximum ROI across agency accounts. Research and target emerging industry trends and new advertising opportunities.
• Analyze performance continuously, contribute to reports on advertising executions, highlight results, insights, new opportunities
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 3+ years of experience with social media performance planning, program management experience
• Experience creating media strategy and plans for ongoing advertising, campaigns across multiple platforms.
• 2+ years experience placing and optimizing ads through TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platforms like Pinterest, X, Snapchat, etc.
• Analytical skills with interest in data/research, including tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, eMarketer, Nielsen, Statista, etc.
• Driven to grow capabilities and explore new advertising opportunities, educating the team on new platforms/ platform updates.
