What You Will Be Doing
Work closely with Agency Leadership, Social Managers, Digital Analyst to design performance strategies across agency accounts. Plan social/digital advertising and campaigns to meet client objectives: targeting, messaging, platform priorities, selection of creative, etc.
Offer guidance on optimizing campaigns, ensure maximum ROI across agency accounts. Research and target emerging industry trends and new advertising opportunities.
Analyze performance continuously, contribute to reports on advertising executions, highlight results, insights, new opportunities
What You Need For This Position
3+ years of experience with social media performance planning, program management experience
Experience creating media strategy and plans for ongoing advertising, campaigns across multiple platforms.
2+ years experience placing and optimizing ads through TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platforms like Pinterest, X, Snapchat, etc.
Analytical skills with interest in data/research, including tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, eMarketer, Nielsen, Statista, etc.
Driven to grow capabilities and explore new advertising opportunities, educating the team on new platforms/ platform updates.
