Water Treatment/ Water Purification Regional Business Development Manager

Job Title: Regional BD/Sales Manager (distributor) - West Coast

Location: West Coast United States- Remote

Term: Full time and Permanent

Pay Ranges: $120,000 - $150,000/year

Responsibilities

1. Actively develop and maintain 2B customer relationships in the target offline distributor market.

2. Achieve the company's performance goals to ensure the realization of regional or national performance and profit targets.

3. Analyze market trends, develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

4. Communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice and solutions.

5. Track sales data and regularly report sales and market feedback to the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in sales to distributors or within the distributors.
• Prefer distributors that currently carry water purification equipment, home appliance sales, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Good market analysis ability, able to quickly respond to market changes.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of goal orientation and performance pursuit.
