Meadowlark, a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching senior lifestyles, is seeking an energetic, hard-working, and flexible individual to join our Environmental Services team as a HVAC Technician.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC Systems including exhaust fans, mini splits, split systems, heat pumps, electric heat, evaporative cooling tower and chilled water systems. In addition, the candidate should have experience training team members, communicating with residents and staff, and follow all electrical and mechanical codes.
Candidate must:
Perform efficient maintenance of facility equipment, including preventative and seasonal maintenance across our large campus.
Be available for weekend on-call duties.
Utilize HVAC expertise (Prefer 3+ years of full time experience)
Uphold a high standard of customer service while building lasting relationships with residents in a safe environment.
