Job Description

K & S is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician!

Responsibilities:

  • Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed
  • Running pipe and duct systems through homes
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
  • Understanding refrigeration cycles
  • Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
  • Removing old systems
  • Installing new systems
  • Performing routine maintenance
  • Communicating with clients and customers
  • Ordering and maintaining equipment
  • Meeting local HVAC codes

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience servicing residential and some commercial buildings
  • Mechanical/Construction experience
  • Must not be afraid of confined spaces or heights. Will be up in attics, under homes, and on 2 story roofs. SAFETY FIRST!!
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and self-starter
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
  • Must be able to work independently and under direct supervision
  • Must be drug-free
  • Must be a team player
  • HVAC experience and N.A.T.E certification a plus

Pay Rate: $18 - $25 DOE

Full-Time

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30n PM
