Boothe's is currently seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Representatives act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell HVAC options to homeowners.

What Will I Do?
Timely follow-up on company provided leads
Establish customer rapport; as open questions to determine the customer's needs
Present the right products and service solutions
Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily understood by the installation team
Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
Become an expert of your market area
Ask for referrals to expand your customer base
You will need to learn how to sound heartfelt, professional, and authentic when speaking with our customers
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
Set and achieve personal and professional goals
Do I have What it Takes?
2-3 years HVAC Sales experience required
Selling and closing experience with customers
Driven and positive about the hunt to close jobs and develop leads
Ability to cultivate existing relationship while looking for new ones
Dedication to the trades
Ability to close the sale
Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Word, Excel, etc.
Achieve weekly and monthly goals
At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions
Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
