Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Base + Commission
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential HVAC market.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively educate clients and provide informed recommendations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
