Qualifications:

  • 10 to 15 years experience in the HVAC Industry.
  • Commercial HVAC new construction and retro fit installation experience.
  • Pipefitting experience to include Heated & chilled water, Steam & Condensate, fuel gas and refrigeration, including VRF systems.
  • Experience with Water & Steam Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Package units, split systems, VRF & walk in refrigeration equipment.
  • HVAC Service experience to include Low voltage wiring, system start up, system evacuation, basic electrical and refrigeration circuit trouble shooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & Outlook) as well as general file management and organization.
  • Highly organized and detailed communication Skills.
  • Read & understand Blueprints and be able to give detailed instructions to others based off the information.
  • Proficient in making Sheet metal for HVAC applications based off drawings.
  • Experience managing Government and commercial projects, coordinating internal and subcontracted resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
  • Experience completing the submittal and close out process for large scale projects.

Job Descriptions:

  • Managing up to 4 project Managers under the supervision of the Operations Director Commercial Division.
  • Meet with Project Managers on job progress, job issues, schedules, and budget deficits or requirements.
  • Receive and manage daily electronic reports from all assigned project managers reporting urgent issues to the Operation Director.
  • Meet with customers virtually and in person to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Check on quality of work/workmanship though site visits and when possible, collect and catalog pictures of the completed and in progress work.
  • Develop and attend to customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet with Operations Director frequently to discuss jobs, issues and present proposed solutions.
  • Help Project Managers with Day-to-Day operations
  • Read and comprehend Job contracts, blueprints, and SOWs and ensure project managers have a thorough understating of all aspects of their assigned projects.
  • Utilize job costing and ERP software to identify and address problems early. Work with the department coordinator to address any suspected data integrity issues.
  • Visit job sites to evaluate job progress and troubleshoot on-site challenges
  • Attend job site walk throughs and pre-con meetings when assigned.

Travel will be required.

Annual Salary:

  • $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses based on job profitability.
