HVAC Mechanic

As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities on a variety of HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of our HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and servicing components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and electrical controls.
• Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to ensure optimal operation and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work completed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to address HVAC concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC mechanic or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillls
