Job Details

Currently they are hiring for HVAC Foreman in numerous locations including Tampa, Naples and Fort Meyers, FL so if you are looking for a stable full time permanent role in any of those areas, please read on….

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance tasks at construction sites.
• Lead a team of technicians, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan and execute HVAC installations accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect work progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Order materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction-related roles including commercial, hospitality or multifamily HVAC
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
