Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses HR management, recruiting, and office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a thriving workplace culture at our HQ in Park Circle. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing office management activities. Your contributions will be pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting our team, and driving organizational success.


Responsibilities:


Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing support and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Recruiting:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for prospective employees.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle facility management tasks, including maintenance and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing necessary measures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR management and recruiting a SaaS business, software company or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Where: Case Status is based in Park Circle in North Charleston, SC. The candidate must be local and on-site to start. This is an in-office role and the expectation is that the candidate will be in office.

Compensation Range: The salary for this position is between $60K - $70K/year based on experience. Multiple openings are available as of time of job posting.
