Our client is in the IT consulting industry and they are in the start up mode. Although part of a larger parent company they are still building out the HR dept and need some help. Starting out there is a gap on the HR ops side that needs to be addressed and having the HRIS and HR systems expertise is critical. With time there could be more HR generalist responsibilities as well as project work. This role would start out as a contract but there is no end date and could convert into a direct full-time role as the headcount has already been approved.
