Arthur Lawrence is actively seeking an individual to work for one of their clients as an HR Specialist. It is a contractual role.

The remote schedule is open for candidates from Seattle, NY, SF, Chicago, Phoenix, and Dallas only.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management with a strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
  • Expertise in US & Canadian employment practices, including ADA, FMLA, statutory leaves, and disability policies and laws
  • Strong familiarity with HR employee benefits and ability to resolve HR issues/queries
  • Proficiency using Workday Jira or ServiceNow
  • PHR and/or CPDM certification is nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
