Human Resources Manager

Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company in the search for a tactical Senior HR Manager. This influential role offers a unique opportunity to lead human resources initiatives across multiple sites, driving talent management and employee engagement.

Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID ROLE BUT NEED SOMEONE BASED IN CHARLOTTE)

What will your day look like?

Employee Relations:

• Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution, corrective action, investigations.
• Conduct investigations and implement solutions to enhance workplace harmony.

Performance Management:

• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related matters.

Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple sites.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

• Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership.

Who are you?

• Experience: Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Multi-Site Management: Experience in managing HR functions across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication to interact with employees, managers, and executive leadership.
• Compliance Expertise: Understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
