The Human Resource Manager reports to the Senior Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources, including recruiting and retaining top talent. They also manage human resource functions and foster an organizational culture reflecting the organization's core values.


Responsibilities:

  • Foster a vibrant culture that encourages creative ideas, hard work, and fun while pursuing our mission and goals.
  • Recruit top talent through various channels to align with the organization's vision, mission, principles, and goals.
  • Oversee processes related to staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
  • Update the employee handbook to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Assist with developing a compensation and bonus structure in collaboration with management.
  • Complete regular HR tasks, including but not limited to HR administration of benefits.ot limited to HR administration of benefits.
  • Manage relationships with HR vendors
  • Manage the open enrollment process
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, state, and federal HR laws
  • Improve communication between management and employees by addressing the organization's needs
  • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, and creating a staff retention program.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Manage the performance review process and supervise it
  • Evaluate opportunities for optimizing pay and benefits plans
  • Develop/recommend trainings to meet staff development needs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of five years of experience in human resources
  • Experience recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Excellent organization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines consistently
  • Ability to take initiative as well as collaborate with a team
  • Seniority level
