POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Director of HR & Administration at Cardone Ventures. This individual will assist with HR activities within Cardone Ventures such as performance reviews, one-on-ones, and employee development.
Key fundamentals of this role include streamlining the onboarding process, guiding new team members through Orientation, and enhancing processes in the employee life cycle. The successful candidate will possess a breadth of knowledge in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

OBJECTIVES
- Support HR with team member development and career pathing conversations
- Assist with leading the HRIS Implementation for the HR department
- Onboard of new team members culturally and operationally
- Assist with writing HR policies and ensure teams are held accountable to adhering to the changes
- Lead new hire orientations to ensure team members understand the policies and are set up for success
- Assist with the development of incentive metrics and hold managers accountable to developing ideas that align with the position
- Review department headcount trackers on a monthly basis to ensure that 1:1 forms are properly uploaded and incentive comp is tracker
- Assist with weekly audits of employee files to ensure all proper documentation is saved and signed as needed
- Work with the development of the annual Performance Review process
COMPETENCIES
- Basic understanding of employment law and regulations to develop company policies
- Knowledge of CV policies in order to explain them during a New Hire Orientation
- Understanding of how to edit job descriptions and Employee Maturity Model competencies effectively
- Knowledge of how to develop an Employee Maturity Model for departments, outlining specific behavioral competencies
- Ability to maintain all employee relations matters completely confidential, regardless of the situation or individuals involved
- High attention to detail in order to conduct effective audits of employee files and maintain proper documentation
- Basic knowledge of how to operate within an HRIS
- Ability to write HR policies with guidance of the Director
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ relevant work in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area of study
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
