POSITION PURPOSE: Provide support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with activities relating to employee recruitment, training, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recordkeeping, training documentation, and data entry.
• Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks and job offers.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and new hire on boarding.
• Assist with Employee Relations – answer employee inquiries, support events…etc.
• Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events.
• Special Projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• College Student with coursework in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
